Rich holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance.

Active in his community, Rich has volunteered for the St Vincent de Paul of Baltimore Foundation while also serving on their Board of Directors. He has also given his time and effort to numerous charitable organizations through the Baird Gives Back program.
Rich and his wife of 25 years, along with their children, reside in Phoenix, Maryland. They all enjoy spending time at their beach house and cheering on the Ravens.
